"We have been using Craig's Car Care for several years now. The quality,speed of repairs, and fair pricing is, in our opinion, unmatched in the area. Their honesty, and exceptional service is greatly appreciated! On several occasions, we thought there were vehicle issues that would be quite costly to repair, only to be told, after a written in-depth evaluation, that the issues were, in fact, minor and relatively inexpensive to fix. When there have been bigger issues, the pricing has been very competitive and fair. We would not trust our vehicle maintenance and repair to any other shop!"

"I have been a regular customer for two years. I have always found the quality of work to be excellent and the service outstanding. Recently, my wife was stranded on the freeway and had to be towed in on a Friday afternoon. The staff dropped what they were doing, put the car up on the rack, diagnosed and fixed the problem and got her back on the road in less than two hours; while also providing a loaner car so she could run an errand while they were working on the car. We were extremely grateful for the helpful and caring attitude of the employees."

"I drive an old Lexus RX300, when l first moved to Sierra Vista my engine was leaking oil on my carport; l took it to the Toyota dealership here in town. They told me they couldn't service my car until l cleaned the engine! Except, l had a brand new engine, the top and sides of the engine were spotless! I was having a fence installed at my new home; l asked the contractor who he used to repair his vehicles and he told me Arizona Radiator & Auto Repair. Annmarie told me one of my seals was leaking on my new engine and that it was warranty work. They took care of my car and me. Being new in town and single l didn't have another form of transportation. They brought me home in their shuttle vehicle. Their staff is very knowledgeable, courteous, and very friendly. Plus, their prices are very competitive and they give discounts!"
