The only negative was it took longer than thought. I previously had my car services at ACURA where I was living and they gave me a loaner which was very convenient. I was without car for two days which made it inconvenient for me to get around. If I had been working at the time I would not have been able to get to work. Otherwise excellent work!"

"GO....GO....OUTSTANDING service, repairs, customer care. Knowledgeable with auto care, e-mails you your care inspection report with photos so you can see what is taking/or going to take place. AUTO SURGERY. You paid a lot of money for your vehicle and sometimes things break, Its cheaper to repair instead of paying new vehicle monthly payment. If you maintain your car it will last along time. My car is 15 years old, 196,000+ miles, and my truck is 21 years old with 120,000+ miles. Finsanto does all my auto repairs. Don't take your car anywhere else unless you are under manufactures warranty."

I had to rent a car because they had my car for a week. When I turned the rental back in, my car was still not ready. So Frank's "rented" me a loaner. Randy was great and did not charge me, but overall, I would have issues recommending Frank's."
