"Called on a Monday based on a referral and was scheduled for maintenance on Wednesday of the same week with a free car loaner to keep overnight. The only thing they forgot to do was reset my check engine light back off after the repair. Price was reasonable and there was no waiting to check my car in. I also know I can get in contact with somebody immediately on the status of my car instead of always getting sent to voice mail everytime I called my previous auto repair shop. I should have found this place earlier. My car problems are over and thoughts about selling my Saturn Astra are now in the past. From now on, my car worries are over and Pearl City Auto Works is the only place for me. The only extra thing that my other repair shop did was wash and vacuum my car, but I can live without it."

"I think that they were very fair with pricing and I did not feel that I was getting "jipped", as I frequently do at the dealership. I was very impressed that they even offered coupons on their website for additional money off. The time estimate they gave me for when the car would be ready was very accurate. I've waited 3.5 hours at an Audi dealership for an oil change before even with an appointment, but here I was in and out in just over an hour, just as the employee had told me. The manager clearly relayed the quotes and expectations for future work I inquired about and I was impressed with the pricing. They even offered to shuttle me to work if I had to leave my car all day. They seemed honest, fair and trustworthy with their recommendations. Will definitely start coming here instead of the dealership for all future work and oil changes."

"They got my car in super last minute and did everything they could to get me fixed up for an incredible price and got me back on my way in a day! I came home to Phoenix to visit my family and on my way down, got a hole in my oil pan. So David, one of the mechanics, worked really hard to find me a replacement oil pan in my price range and fixed it all in a day so I could head back from my visit safely! They really know how to take care of their customers and do the best they can to help you for the most affordable price!"

"Just had the front suspension of a high mileage x5 almost totally rebuilt plus some other repair work done by these guys. Although BMW prices are BMW prices for dealer parts , unlike the local dealership who I found frustrating to deal with and who warrantee parts for two years but NO warrantee for labor (!!!!) , this outfit's warranty is for three years parts AND labor. For me it's a no brainer. An enthusiastic bunch of people as well. I'm glad to have found this shop."

I really appreciate Olsen's letting me know about critical issues that should be addressed immediately versus maintenance that could be delayed into the future. They do not try to "upsell" me . . . . I would rather pay a little more versus thinking I'm getting the "best" price and then paying ALOT more by paying for service I don't need."
