"I gave Protime 5 stars for a valid reason beyond the fine service I received; a reason that you might not have considered before. I needed to wait for my car while it was being serviced. While waiting, I was busy taking care of some personal paper work. However, I was still able to overhear some of the conversation that went on between other clients and your management staff. Beyond question, I have never heard a more "honest" and detailed appraisal of what was the matter with the persons car, as well as what it would take to repair the problem--and in my case the assessment went even further. After the work on my car was complete, I was told that another problem I'd ask about should be reconsidered. I was told that the professional opinion on that matter was that the cost of the repair far out weighed the benefit, and therefore, since safety wasn't an issue, the repair wasn't advisable! Though I'm sure other automotive shops are as honest with their customers, sad to say, that hasn't ever been my experience, so obviously, I'll continue using your shop as my only service provider. I took several business card with me and will be passing them out. As for a way of improvement? Here's my only suggestion... Though your company logo is quite attractive, I would suggest "pens" with you name, address and phone number as an alternative to the keychains I saw displayed. Personally, as I said, I think your logo is clean and attractive, but inexpensive logo pens would be seen and travel throughout the the general population much faster then any keychain!"

"Earl and Donna helped me as soon as I knew I had a problem. As I left West Fargo heading to Casselton, something flew up and hit the underside of my car. I made it to Casselton before noticing fuel was leaking from my car. Earl put my car up on the lift and showed me right away where the fuel was leaking. He let me know my fuel tank was ruptured, how it needed to be fixed, and that I needed to take the necessary steps to contact my insurance rep ASAP. Within a short time, I had all the answers I needed and between Earl's Repair and my insurance provider, I was set to go. Thank you!"
