"Everything was great. One issue was when I was asked when I last changed the transmission fluid (I didn't know). They recommend every 30k miles. It was put on my 'recommended' list. Later I called my dealership and they said for my car I should NEVER have a transmission flush."

"I have used them for several years. Â They have always been friendly and very professional courteous and the car runs great! Â I am thinking of buying a different car and have limited my possible purchases to subaru toyota and honda because I want Metro to work on it. Â They keep very good records and tell me when things need to get replaced or when we are just ""monitoring"" various parts of my very old subaru legacy. Â One example I can remember is when my brakes were getting worn. Â They gave me a 5 part rating and said new brakes would be a 5 my brakes were at a 3 and they should be replaced at some other number (2?) I cannot remember. Â What I Do remember is that they explained it well and reminded me when it was time. Â The gals behind the service counter really know automobiles too and seem very happy in their work which makes it pleasant to go in there. Â Also there is a nice little area where you can wait and connect to wifi Lately the owner has begun to tell me it is time to start thinking of getting a different car instead of just repairing this one. Â Of course it might be in his best interest to keep repairing this piece by piece but he has MY best interest in mind. Â I find them to have very high ethical standards."

"Heritage did a routine lube,oil & filter and we also asked them to check out why our a/c was blowing cold air on the passengers and hot air on the driver. They completed the lube,oil,filter and confirmed the problem with the a/c and identified several possible causes for the a/c problem. We scheduled a time the following week to get the a/c worked on and Heritage fixed the problem in a very cost effective way."
