"I've taken my car here for several years. I'm always impressed with the quality of work, customer service, and value. Over the past year, it has taken longer and longer to get my car in- this last time 2 weeks driving on an unknown issue that was showing warning lights for ABS and 4x4. Once I got it in, they had it at 8am and didn't run the codes until @ 3pm so they couldn't start work to diagnose the problem based on that info until the next day, again later afternoon, and then another day to work on it... If I've waited 2 weeks for an appointment, I expect them to get to the work more promptly and deliver a faster turnaround time. If it weren't for the waiting, they would be 5 ☆ for sure!"
