"I recently purchased an older BMW (2004) and Ken Stoner went out of his way to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. He explained everything so clearly I trusted his diagnosis completely. I came to Eastside Bavarian because I did not trust the diagnosis I got from the BMW dealership I went to. I was correct in my assumption. EB told me half of what I was told was unnecessary repairs or not wrong at all. My total bill was half of what the dealership quoted me and my BMW now drives like a dream. I could not be happier. In the future I will bring my BMW to Eastside Bavarian for all my service work."

"All of the people who I came into contact with at Griffin were friendly. There was an extra problem with my truck that the mechanic discovered during his detailed check drive. He and Diedra stayed till 6pm to make sure that my truck was properly prepared and safe for me to drive. Diedra is the sweetest young lady she kept her winning smile and positive attitude with every customer I saw her deal with in person and on the phone. I will continue to do my auto repair business at Griffin and I will recommend them to all of my friends and family. They care about the customer. And you don't have to wait several days for a parts delivery as they purchase all of their parts locally."

"Although we like to keep our personal business quiet, we feel the opposite way about Heritage Auto Repair! The fantastic staff are helpful, friendly, efficient and easy to work with for repairs! They ALWAYS go the "extra mile" for each person that walks through their front door for auto repairs/service! They ALWAYS give us the run-down about the issues at hand and provide estimates right away, tell us what can wait and what cannot, they wait for approval before doing any unauthorized work and they TRULY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!! "I love the new remodel. I always have a pleasant experience when I come here. I didn't feel like the hussle and bussle of going to Honda down the street so I decided to come here. They are my back up. I was pleasantly surprised there was no wait and the new design was very inviting and comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful. I was told upfront what I needed and the cost and given the option to select what I wanted to do. The work was performed quickly and I was on my way without spending half the day in a very cold, noisy waiting room."

"I've had several company and personal vehicles repaired and maintained at Milstead. Turn around time is excellent and Thurman always takes care of me. I was in this morning for an oil change. They were honest with me and said there were two vehicles ahead of me and an appointment on the way which would also be pulled in ahead of me. I decided to wait and after giving the appointment a fair amount of time to arrive they went ahead and serviced my vehicle. I appreciate the honesty which allows me to decide how to spend my time and they were still faster than most of the places that claim to be "quick" with their oil changes. Plus the lobby is clean with plenty of comfortable places to sit. Vehicle service / repair is generally an expensive pain in the neck. Dealt with this place several times, I highly recommend."
