"These people are amazing! My vehicle had been in storage for 3 years and was infested with mice who had done incredible damage. When we didn't schedule an appointment which was incrediblely inconsiderate and increased the wait time (please schedule with them!) they didn't even know the vehicle was coming, it was just dropped off. Miracle workers got this car operating, a feat we feared impossible. After this they went over the entire thing to make sure that all of the systems were properly functioning. Truly I thought it was a lost cause and it was ready for the junkyard. It's far from perfect because it is a very old car and has sustained a lot of damage. Which we pick it up we were advised to look for specific issues that could arise with the car. Then they take the time to place a follow-up phone call to remind me not to try driving it very hard or very far until we were sure that the "quirks" have been worked out. Integrity Auto truly cares about their customers and safety and doing everything right! They truly breathed new life into a 25-year-old car that had been abandoned for years because I am in an emergency situation due to personal issues and don't have access to any other vehicle due to finances. INTEGRITY AUTO ROCKS!!!!!"
