"I would tell them the personal service exceeded my expectations. I was very impressed with both how thoroughly the work completed was explained to me and the timeliness the work was completed. The waiting area with free Wi-fi, while not on the same level of a luxury car dealership, was very clean acceptable and better than any other independent auto service business I have visited. Also, the charge for service was very reasonable for the work completed."

"I would recommend them for people with older model audi's that other shops won't repair. My beef this time was I feel like I shouldn't have been charged for two different diagnostic fees. My car was towed in with a discovered faulty fuel pump and that was repaired ahead of schedule. Generally, a courtesy inspection is done and they give a list of other repairs that they feel should be made with an estimate. Because the car was not running on arrival - I let them know I was concerned with a rattling noise at idle coming below the car but they wouldn't hear it until they fixed the fuel pump. They found it was rattling inside the passenger side catalytic converter and they provided the repair estimate. But I was charged an additional $120 for them to tell me that. I would've thought that would have been part of the courtesy check. Feels like fleecing."
