"After deferring maintenance for several months, I finally brought in my CR-V due to a grinding noise ... the folks at Westlake expertly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I had also been driving for a year on tires that had good tread but had developed pretty substantial cracking..thank goodness they encouraged me to replace them...just a week later, driving on the Ventura Fwy just past the Lindero Cyn offramp, the back right tire on an SUV like mine literally disintegrated, spewing pieces of tread all over the road. Although they were able to come to a stop in the median, it was like flash!!! that really could have been me!! Thank you all for caring about my safety!"
