"Received recommendation to use Jimmy's from a trusted friend and previous service manager for local auto dealer. I have had three car repair shops, one being the auto dealer and have had dismal success with each. Jimmy's took my info from previous shops, scoured through it, listened to "me" and accepted me as a customer. When I arrived at Jimmy's I was greeted with a tremendous smile and pleasant intro. He took my info, asked what the issue seemed to be and explained all upfront cost might be associated with the basic diagnosis. I left the vehicle with great confidence that the repairs would be done correctly and I was right. TJ was exceptional and the repair technician did a fabulous job. I had the brakes done on the truck by one service, didn't work well, took the vehicle to another service and still not satisfied with the brakes ... Jimmy's did a super job in correcting the problems not fixed with previous service agents. So, I took our other vehicle in for oil change, lube and tire rotation. Again excellent and they did a maintenance check and replaced the brake light bulb to keep our family safe. I would highly recommend Jimmy's to anyone wanting professional, courteous and sure auto repair."
