"Service Technician, Jaime did a great job. I was having trouble with my vehicle and at 6pm as I was headed home the transmission seemed to be 'missing' and not catching. Jaime was still in the office and spent 1/2 hour working to diagnose the problem. In the absence of a firm decision, Jaime made the safe decision for me to leave the vehicle at the shop for them to evaluate the next day. I recieved a call back the next day that the transmission fluids needed to be adjusted and Jaime graciously admitted that he/R&R team learned something from the experience. My car was delivered back to me at my workplace the next day. Thank you for being willing to work late and communicating the status."

"They did not check out their work before giving vehicle back to customer. I saw that they left greasy hand and finger prints on my light interior handle. They also gave us back our truck that was not put together and had a big gap so it was very noticeable . They ripped the leather handle. But, will tell you they did do a out standing repair on the rip. That was a outside person."
