Our headlamps both went black, after hitting the bone jarring bolted down rumble bumps on Highway 154 at 45 mph., while returning from Chumash. Replacing the dual beam bulbs with Sylvania from O'Reilly's; we still had no low beams. Finding Eric Krebs Automotive on the internet, we made an appointment for first thing the next morning. Manager Chris quoted me $125.00. Our final/total bill was $69.80 for [2] Phillips dual beam bulbs installed . On top of which, Manager Chris gave us the name of the Manager to ask for at O'Reilly's, whom refunded us in full for the defective Sylvania bulbs we had purchased from O'Reilly's. NOW THAT'S GREAT SERVICE!"
