HE can fix any vehicle's problem. I have a 7 year old car and he diagnosed a computer problem that the dealership couldn't. (I had a warrantee with the dealership.) His mechanics when working on my other cars have gone the extra mile to assist me-- putting in a lightbulb that had burned out on my passenger door without being asked to do so and fixing my wiper blades to squirt wiper fluid on the windshield. Received an email from 59 (while they had our vehicle) detailing a full inspection and report of the car and even provided pictures of the parts in question (nice touch). The report showed what the problem is and what they will do to repair the problem. They seem to want you to be fully informed as to what they are doing to your vehicle. I see this as a way to cut down on needless repairs so, it's a good idea. The report also gave tips and information on various topics of car maintenance/information. Marty S. was the tech for my car and as far as I can tell, he did a good job."
