"I checked around on prices in the area and I also called a friend at a repair place in another state to compare prices as well. I felt Pro Auto was fair in their overall work performed. I spoke with Don way before I brought my car in. When I brought my car in he called me several times about issues that needed to be done. I knew they needed to be done and he wasn’t trying to sell me anything extra. I felt he was being honest in my car needs. He kept me informed multiple times during the day about my cars status. I appreciate his outstanding customer service and because of my experience I brought my husbands truck to them the next day for service. We just moved to the area from out of state so it was hard finding a reputable and honest car repair place."
