"I went in with a flat tire on my car and was looking at replacing it for a little over $100. (Frustrating to hear on tires that were only a few years old but a good deal as replacing tires go). I was already looking for a good, trustworthy shop because my car needs some other work in the near future. On closer inspection, they found my flat tire was caused by a nail stuck in the tire. They plugged the hole for me in about 15 minutes for free. It would not have saved them much time compared to replacing my tire, but they offered to save me the cost of a new tire. Not only that, they washed the outside and vacuumed the inside cleaning my car of a few thousand miles of desert and road mess I hadn't found the time to clean up yet. I couldn't be happier with my experience and will be bringing my car back for its next oil change and future repairs."

"That it was good but this experience was horrible and costly. One person was rude to me more than once. One was nice and I tried just dealing with him but this other person had to jump in. I felt I was way overcharged. So I am going to leave reviews on yelp and other sites . I could have had this service done cheaper at the dealer. I felt misled and felt the work was done incompetently but most of all I did not like being talked down to and having someone be rude. I am a disabled vet and I have only so much money but you do not seem to care. I told them when I agreed to do the service at $700 it was a stretch but my wife was worried about the truck having issues. So the bill ended up being over $1000 and I only found out when it was time to pick it up. So I went in and said I wasn't going to keep coming here and to take me out of the system and the smartass taking my money said he already did and he wouldn't let me bring my vehicles back there anyway. I am sure everyone will be happy to know that it doesn't take much to set your people off. I talked about my unhappiness but never yelled never cursed just said that I could have gotten it done cheaper at the dealership as I called them and they basically said I was lying. I have a large family and many friends here. this was not a smart move."

"I would recommend that they try it for themselves. In addition, I would emphasize tgat the service exceeds the expectations if most people. The communication us great and I see myself as a real critic. My deceased father, who had a repair shop, demonstrated this same type of customer service and until I visited your shop, I believed that those days were gone.
