"I brought the car in for an oil change and to check out a peculiar thing & noise the car had done a couple times. The tech rode with me to see if the car would do the thing and make the noise but of course it didn't. He then did a thorough check of the vehicle mechanics during the oil change and discovered that the transfer case needs replacement. They showed me the evidence of the failing transfer case, explained all of the options to address it and the cost for each option. That service was scheduled for the next week. So glad the source of the problem was caught before the transfer case completely failed. My whole family brings their cars to Heritage because of this kind of service."

"My visit here. I had an issue where my vehicle was shaking/vibrating and check engine light was on. Though they seemed to be full for the day, Tony asked me to bring the car in given my concern on driving it with the symptoms. They also were kind to provide me a ride back. Tony called later in the day, explained the issue and managed to fix the car before close on business. It was awesome for them to accomodate me at short notice and also get the car ready. Tony also very polite and nice to explain the work done and other potential work that might be needed.
Would definitely go there again and recommend anyone to try that.
Only other thing I will suggest to them is to offer discounts for Microsoft/other companies like some of the other shops do (10% off), that will make their shop more attractive."
