"I was in need of a repair on my cruise control switch located on the steering wheel. After getting an estimate from the Honda Dealer for replacement I decided to check pricing with an alternative independent repair facility. I was aware of Westlake Independent Automotive but had not have the inclination to try their service. I met with Service Advisor Bruce Nation and he gave me a price that was competitive with the price from the dealer. He first had the service technician provide some preliminary work to determine if the existing switch could be saved and made operational. Unfortunately it could not be saved but I gave him permission to purchase the new part and had it installed in two days. They also did a quick inspection of the mechanics of the car and made some recommendations on servicing in the future. I am pleased with their diligence and when I need more service I plan to use this service facility."

"I went in for a tune-up and induction service for my '06 Impala (about 200k miles). As always, These guys, as always, did a great job. The car acts like it's 100k miles younger! I trust 6 to 6 for routine maintenance, or for the big stuff. They never make me feel like I need to get everything done - Steve always provides recommendations based on inspection from the guys, and gives a clear explanation of why they make that recommendation, and let me decide what I will and won't do. I never feel pressured, and the work is of high quality and a fair price. The team is great."

"I first came to Aram's for an unscheduled repair when my 21-ft motorhome quit running. They replaced the fuel pump in a day, spotted (and photographed) a potentially dangerous suspension problem I had not known about, and fixed that problem as soon as replacement parts could be obtained from the manufacturer. The suspension repair was difficult. The mechanic even had to weld together a new tool to finish the job, but Aram's charged me a minimal amount for the unforeseen work."
