"Let me start by saying I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to do so with my experience at Hillside Auto.There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe my encounter.I felt like a world-famous celebrity with the ""concierge""service I received.This would include VERY fair pricing,accommodating my busy schedule to fit me into their busy work load,driving me home since they needed 5 hr to complete the job and even..wait for it..delivering my car to me and calling Uber to take the driver back to work.All of the delivery services were ""no charge""but I took care of the driver with $$$'s.If you're considering auto repairs in the South Bay..you couldn't possibly do better than Hillside Auto. "I found Roger at The V Shop based off of his Yelp reviews and I could have not asked for a better mechanic for my car. I was having issues with my car and once Roger looked at it, he told me that the oil was overfilled which was done by Jiffy Lube. He called me and gave me details of everything that needed to be done right away and things that we could wait to do. He gave me so much information on my car and he made me feel very comfortable. I have been to so many mechanics that because I am a woman that they feel they can overcharge me for my car, but Roger is very honest and makes sure his customer is well taken car of. I will continue to use Roger because of how honest and trustworthy he is."

"I've been doing business with Arizona Auto & Radiator Repair (AA&RR) ever since I got stationed at Fort Huachuca. This family owned business is one of the best I've ever been involved with. The customer service and quality of work is top notch. Annmarie (one of the owners), truly cares about customers. I once overheard her defending her customer over the phone because, due to another auto service shop's incompetence, AA&RR had to fix the other shops work as well as provide their service. All that, and AA&RR refused to charge the customer for the other shops lack of quality. If you choose to do business with AA&RR you will not be disappointed."
