"This place has terrible service. I don’t even know where to begin. They tried to charge me more than they quoted me. They didn’t do half the things I asked them to do and made every excuse under the sun on why they couldn’t get it done. I was without my vehicle for numerous days while I waited for them to complete the work. I had to physically show up and ask what was going on with my vehicle to get any answers, just to find they hadn’t even completed the work. Not once, but twice I had to physically show up to get information on the status of my vehicle. They failed to call me back when promised. They literally make every excuse and take zero responsibility for their work or lack thereof. I even accommodated them when they were having computer issues and gave them three extra days to work on my vehicle, but when I showed up, it still wasn’t done. I will never bring a vehicle anywhere near this facility. Read the rest of the one star reviews. Sounds like this is par for the course for these guys. I wouldn’t be surprised if they wrote the decent reviews they have themselves… I’m just not seeing any value here. Save your time. Save your money. Go somewhere else. I’m choosing advanced auto next time."
