"After quoting me the book price for my tune up, the mechanic, John, noticed one less step needed for access. This reduced the amount of time needed to complete the tune up. Loren’s Auto Repair passed the savings on to me! Honesty, integrity, and allowing me to discuss my needs is very important to me. Chad called me with an update, as well as a part replacement needed for my A/C. They looked at the A/C repair notes from a previous auto repair company and were able to determine the issue right away. I want to thank everyone! Great teamwork!🥇"

I am satisfied with the air conditioning work performed on my car.The free loaner car was a major selling point in considering this auto shop. Although, the loaner did have a slight displeasing odor that can be easily fixed. The overall condition of the loaner car was satisfactory. Thank you for your service."
