"I blew the head gaskets in my van last March. Lorens fixed that nightmare properly. Very satisfied. I tend to be a bit old so I popped the hood last week and my cooling was low. Topped off and it was low again. Not much, but anyways, called lorens and they checked it out and it was just a fitting that needed to be tighter. No charge. Wonderful! Wished I could have afforded to give a bigger tip. Lorens stands behind their work! They care! Thank you!"

I have never seen anything like it and all of my life through all of the mechanics I have ever been associated with.
