"Biggest waste of time. Made an appointment a week prior and still waited over 2 hours after the appointment time and my vehicle never even moved. I was told that they were short staffed but should be done in an hour to an hour and a half. By the time they would have pull my vehicle in and finished the state inspection I would have sat in the lobby for roughly 4 hours. The poor business ethics and management of this location are glaringly obvious to anyone with even the smallest amount of sense to them. The staff did not talk well about clients that were not present and cherish in the few success's they had in working over a less knowledgeable person. This is not a prideful business and a customer like myself should not be present to hear such disrespect by the “professional” staff. This location has mad a mockery of the meineke name."
