"Don joy I repeat do not take your vehicle here..The most unprofessional business I ever encountered. I was recommended Meineke on Laskin road through my warranty. They knew this told me silver rock wouldn’t cover. For a $972 bill, picked up truck two days later burning smell my husband open hood and stuff leaking at bottom we call they tow it back call back two days later said it was all good. The other day we smell something burning and it’s lots liquid at bottom of engine and coolant. And this is when it hits the fan.. call spoke to Shawn he says we not gonna cover the tow this time you’ll can put water in and drive it over mind you we a hour and a half away so I’m concerned what if I blow something I call silver rock k and to my surprise they never sent the claim to silver rock. So we call back to question and then they say we’ll take care of somewhere else hold up u telling me someone else suppose to fix what you’ll messed up… Then Shawn gets smart with my husband cussing etc. talking bout his boss agrees.. when I’m finished with meinke they will wish they took the time to be courteous and professional and fix the problem.I got pictures and it will go to court."
