They did a $149.87 evaluation to find that my ignition button was the problem. charged me $524.59 for parts and labor plus another evaluation of $149.87 this was the second evaluation The problem wasn't fixed Did another evaluation for another $149.87. This was just on the battery Total $974.20 nothing fixed. Brought it back and they did another evaluation $149.87. This time they said it was the rear tail light. Got a new tail light for $1,821.57 and labor of $74.94. AND SAID THE LIGHT NEEDED A PROGRAMMING FOR THE CAMERA IN LENS FOR ANOTHER $149.87. i PRICED THE REAR LENS AND SENSOR THAT CAME IN THE LENS RETAIL $700. WITH EVERYTHING. ALONG WITH THIS THERE WAS ANOTHER EVALUTION TO THE MOON ROOF ANOTHER $148.87.TOTAL OF $2,541.05. QUESS WHAT THAT WASN'T THE PROBLEM. BROUGHT IT BACK FOR THE THIRD TIME. THERE WASN'T ANY CHARGE THIS TIME. I COULD GO ON AND ON ABOUT THIS. THEY BROUGHT IN SOMEONE ELSE TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS WRONG. TURNS OUT IT WAS A STUCK SWITCH ON THE ELECTRIC SEAT DRIVER SIDE. UNSTUCK THE SWITCH AND EVERYTHING WAS WORKING. THE TOTAL OF THE EVALUATIONS PARTS AND LABOR WAS $3,270.45 TO FIX A VERY SIMPLE SWITCH. THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR THAT DAY. MY PROBLEM IS THEY EVALUATED AND CHARGED ME FOUR TIMES AT $149.87 EACH TOTAL OF $599.48 FOR THAT. THE REAR LIGHT SO OUT OF RANGE ITS LAUGHABLE. SPOKE TO THE OWNER AND HE WOULD GIVE ME A CREDIT OF $149.87 TOWARDS WORK IN THE FUTURE. THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY.

It's never fun to get a nail in your tire ("You've got nail !), a bit traumatic, and having to wait 2.5 hours for AAA is a bummer, but AC+ provided great service once we dropped the vehicle at your location. Unfortunately my not award winning bad sense of humor wasn't well received, but hey it was first thing in the morning, so we have to allow for that.

Meagan	Yes, I was given a quote when I scheduled my appointment and as soon as I arrived not only was my part not ordered so they couldn’t do the work for my SCHEDULED appt, but when I explained that I made my appointment with them because the dealership was more expensive they gave me a new price of $80 higher, before even receiving my keys or seeing the car. Price went from $330 when I called and made appt to $412 just for a new battery. I told the guy BMW was going to cost close to $500. It’s as if he came up with a new price just because I told him how much they were charging, and when I confronted him about the price change since I called and they told me $330 he said “I thought you said they told you $500”. When I cancelled the appointment he didn’t even say anything… I made another appointment at a different service center for $275!
