Anonymous	I would say you get what you pay for. If you want someone to pick up the phone when you call, it costs money. It seems most shops won’t pick up the phone every time anymore, including dealerships. But The Little Garage picked up and talked to me every time I called. And I will pay for that. They are honest and up front. If the cost for the service I was looking to get hadn’t exceeded the cost of my vehicle, I would have hired them for sure. But, my car was old and needed serious labor to replace most of the components in the engine. So, I did not go through with the service, but am very happy with the business. I will return if I own a vehicle out of warranty again:)

There are plenty of repair shops closer to home, but I drive the 20+ miles to get to Little Garage because I trust them. They go through a thorough inspection process, and when they tell me that something needs to be repaired or replaced, I believe them. And I trust them to do the job right the first time. Honest repair shops are rare, and Little Garage is among the rarest of them. I recently had my truck in for some repairs. They estimated that the work would be done by the end of the day, so I rode my bike to the shop to pick my truck up as they closed. The repairs actually took longer than expected and they ended up staying 90 minutes past closing time to get me on the road. They could have simply said that they needed an extra day to work on it, but they stayed until the job was done, and they made me feel welcome while they did it. There was no complaint about staying late. There was no pressuring me to come back another day. They did the work, they did it well, and they sent away another satisfied customer. I will always recommend Little Garage, and I will always make the trip across the valley to bring my vehicle to them for service.
