"The people at Eastside Bavarian always take good care of us, whether the job is large or small. Major things (e.g., cv joint boot repair) are explained, without arrogance. Usually, minor maintenance (oil changes, etc.) on our cars is taken care of by the "resident mechanic." When an injury prevented that, he entrusted the work to Eastside. That says volumes about the careful, reasonably-priced work they do."

"Ron's Automotive has serviced my car for several years. I have a 2000 Honda Accord, not a new car, and Ron's has kept it running well. I am very satisfied with both their automotive expertise and their customer service."

"Took my Ford Escape in for an oil change and found that my brakes (rotors and pads) needed to be replaced and the plugs needed replaced also. I knew the brake pads needed replaced (and with 140K miles it doesn't surprise me that the rotors needed replacing) and there was a miss every once in a while in the transmission (which I have been told can be fixed by changing the plugs). So, all these repairs needed to be done. No more miss in the transmission while driving. Brakes work great. The only worry I have is that I paid too much for labor. Didn't get any o quotes from other shops on this work so I'm not sure."

"Joe, as usual, was very cooperative, concerned, and listened well. My 2001 Mustang (>170K miles) needed spark plugs and a new ignition coil. Now the power and fun of driving it are back. They would have had the full five stars (exceptionally rare for me) if they caught the coil problem on the first visit."
