"New guy at counter gave the wrong date for my oil change. I know this to be fact , I enter my apt in to my PDA while still on phone with new guy. I followed up by reassuring date and time with him. They did get my oil change done any way , very fast. I spoke to oil Chang mechanic when he brought my car around, I said wow that was fast. He was just short of rude . Maybe he was having a bad day"
