"Just had service at Convoy Auto. They always treat you as if you actually matter, which is so rare these days. Try getting good service on an airline or from any big company [AT&T, SDG&E, etc.]. You're lucky to get anyone to actually talk to. This place is refreshing, and makes me glad I found them several years ago. Hope they don't change anytime soon...."

"Took our van in to have the alignment checked after having the tires balanced and rotated. They checked the alignment and said it was right on spec but my radiator was leaking.After showing me the leak they came up with a choice of 3 different radiators and recommended using a good aftermarket model. I had taken the van in earlier and knew it needed a new timing belt, water pump and drive belts and Joanne found a kit with all the timing belts needed and I said do it all at the same time. They did the job in one day and came in over the estimate by less than $100.00. I've been a service advisor at 2 major dealerships so I know a few things about car repair's, Brent, his brother in Loganville and the 3rd shop in Centerville do an honest quality job. They may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for. They are honest and do what they say they're going to do. They can be trusted which is extremely rare these days. I only have so much space here and I could go on and on, Any of the three shops they run are the ONLY place I will ever take our cars for repairs, period!"

"I would tell them that Import Auto Clinic focuses on providing excellent customer service by being upfront, honest, and truthful to the customers about their care repair needs. They have addressed and fixed all of my car issues and do so in a timely manner. Andy and Bobby are always friendly and welcoming and go the extra mile to make sure that their customer's complaints are heard and addressed. I would never consider going anywhere else."
