"Overall service was good. I feel pretty comfortable with everyone I talked to. I didn't feel like anyone was trying to talk over me and felt everyone seemed to be patient at explaining the situation/issues. I only wish that they could've kept me informed in timely manner - a few times, I made the initiatives to get a hold of someone first. Unfortunately, my problem wasn't resolved 100%, and I was told that they would contact me with more information. After a week, I still haven't heard from them. :("
