If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?
"I only recently moved to Columbia and when it was time for an oil change, I wasn't sure where to go. I got a coupon in the mail and decided to go to All-Star. I think the oil change and inspection with the coupon is a great deal. However, I needed 2 belts replaced and walked out paying $250 when I could have bought each belt for under $30. I know there are other costs built into this price, but that seems very steep. Overall, this is the place I will continue to go to for my auto needs."

"Iwas helped by Efrain Cosio, the service was exemplary, I am from a contractor from San Diego and was working in Santa Barbara when my van had a coolant leak. you guys fixed it in a day and what impressed me most was the cleanup on my old van, completely washed and vacumed throughout....and it was filthy inside, you have a top notch shop, I just wish you were in San Diego....Thanks very much."
