"I was having problems with my car, and took it to Protime on a referral. The first repair was Brake Pads and Rotors. Then I noticed more scraping sounds and other noices. They informed me of some bad news to repair, the quote was $2400.00 to fix. Then it was $1600.00. I was devasted to say the least, I was to leave to got back home to Alabama, I didn't have that kind of money. When we finally decided the cost of the repair,not only did they fix it, it was 700.00 less than quoted. We prayed alot about this and they were a God Send. Not only were they courteous and friendly, they were sentimental to my needs. I will thank them everyday for what they did for me. I would highly recommend them to everyone I should meet. With my auto being so old, I was sure they were going to find I needed hundreds of dollars worth of work needed before the car would pass inspection. Not here, the car passed inspection and I was on my way. Great job. I trust this shop and will come back."
