"Grocery stores steal your money if you don't have their "special" card. Show them the card an they don't steal as much. Banks pay a whopping 1 or 2 percent on your savings acct while their CEOs make billions each year. Online hackers drain your accounts and steal your identity. Companies/Services/Government/Schools that are feeling the economic pinch will tax us to get the funds they want. The US postal service needs cash, to get it they will start filling our mailboxes with even more junk mail. By default we unknowingly "opt in" to everything else and have to jump through hoops to "opt out". My car is 10yrs old. I've tried to get the dealer to fix 2 problems that have been there since day one. Each of the 5-7 times I took it in for service they said they were unable to find or hear the problem. I took my car to Heritage for an oil change and they identified 1 of the 2 problems that the dealership couldn't find. I hadn't even told them about those issues but they found 1 of them. My car will be repaired at Heritage from now on. Thank you so much Heritage! The rest of the world charges us for breathing air and taking up space so I'm pretty sure you ARE the only honest company left in the world that remembers what service and customer satisfaction means."

"As usual, the 14 year old truck develops issues on Saturday morning - which don't resolve over the weekend. I come in to the shop on Monday morning with my hair on fire and Tim allows me to mess up his schedule. Tom drives me home (didn't have to pack along the bicycle) and the truck is ship shape by 5 p.m. It doesn't get any better than this in our car culture and our immediate demand mentality. I would have to abandon the truck for a bicycle if it weren't for the kind folks at PV Garage. And would get wet in the rain in the process. If you guys stop doing cars, I stop driving."
