"I brought my 1999 Chevy Malibu in bc it was overheating. Rex and his crew took a look at it and gave me an honest answer: the car's repairs would be more than the car was worth, so I elected to say goodbye to it and move on. Rex charged me only for the hour's labor it took to do the diagnostics and not a penny more. He didn't find other "things" wrong with the car that he could have charged me for...he was straightforward, honest, and he followed through with exactly what he said he would do. He also suggested Pacific Steel & Recycling for an option to get rid of the car. All of the staff that I interacted with (Jason and a female, name unknown) were very professional and pleasant."
