If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?
"Car has been running great since Terry and his staff fixed it up. I feel the price was fair and the staff really seemed knowledgeable and friendly during our few interactions. However, the repair took 3 full days, and I did not receive any communication from the shop (i.e. progress update or cost estimate) during the process. This made it difficult for me to plan my travel each day since I was never given an idea of how long I would be without my car. Ultimately, I feel the work was done well and timely, but providing regular (daily?) feedback would have earned them a fifth star."

I then had shocks replaced the next day, and again, people were very friendly and professional. They told me a time when the vehicle would be done, and it was. Previously, I've had my son's car worked on as well as my husband's truck. I love this place. They do outstanding work and they stand behind the work that they do! I'd highly recommend them to you."
