"I originally chose Martino's because they were very close to my work and I could walk back if need be. They have been very flexible and time conscious with my needs and have even offered to drive me back to my workplace. They call to let you know about potential problems, let you know costs up front, and make you feel secure with your transaction."

"I'm an electrical contractor with a small fleet. I take all my vechiles to Protime business and personal. My sister and her kids take their vechiles to Protime. I know for me and my sister we would not take our vechiles any where else. I have been dealing with Protime for the last 2 yrs. They take very good care of our vechiles and are the only ones I trust with my trucks. They are very honest and professionals. The staff is very friendly and acconmadating. I've used a lot of different auto repair shops over the last 20 yrs. and by far Protime has been the best i've dealt with. I will never take my vechiles any where else."

"ALWAYS friendly! Nicole calls prior to work being done on your car. I have always dropped my car off in morning and will be ready the same day. Next day the latest. I had AAA tow me from boston and because i couldn't get a ride,they actually gave me a ride home. That is what customer service is all about!!!"

No made up services or digging to try and find something to fix just to fix something. Shawn and his crew are good, honest guys that will let you know if something really needs to be fixed and let you know if it doesn't."

They made sure I understood what work needed to be done and provided a list of work to be done in the near future in order of importance. I am in Sales, Marketing & customer service so my expectations are very high of vendors I use both personally and professionally. I will never take my car anywhere else for service. They are honest and make you feel like family at Frank's Mercedes. I a native of Las Vegas since 1969 and if we had more honest business's like Frank's in Las Vegas this city would have much better reputation. Thanks You."
