"Honestly I have not encountered a repair facility that has been honest with their customers. Fortunately I went to Frank's instead of the local BMW dealership. My car was diagnosed and passed but somehow it would not let me pass the emissions even at the DMV. I tried emissions test four times before going to this shop and four times it failed. To make a long story short, Frank's took care of the problem. The staff were very upfront and honest. They did not find ways to find other defects with the car just to shell out money from my pocket (as the other local dealership does). I am very grateful with the honesty and sincerity of the staff. I will not hesitate to give Frank's my business again."
