"Recently I took my van to Craig's (I am a long time customer)when it was having problems starting. I thought it was the alternator instead of the battery because AutoZone tested it and said the battery was good. I dropped my van off the night before so it would be there early for them to look at. I called the next morning around 9:45am and they had already looked at it. They said it was the battery and also completed and oil/filter change. They did a complete inspection, found a few other things, and helped me prioritize the work to fit my budget. Craig's always does good work and the only reason I gave them 4.5 stars instead of 5 is because I needed my car by 2:30 (which I told them when I called that morning) and they did not have it for me as promised. I had to call a neighbor for a ride. They did however offer to give me a complimentary oil/filter change next time I needed it to make up for the inconvenience, which I truly appreciate. I would still go to Craig's and recommend them."
