"Do no go. We came in to get brakes done.suv got in garage quickly but took 4 hours. kept telling us another 30 min. said calipers were rusted that was the delay. Then after car was down we are told the rear seal is leaking - needs to be fixed asap. My ? -why would you not explain that to me when car was up in garage - and it wasn't leaking before I brougnht it in. Now it is at a different shop , mechanic is taking pictures and tells us it is both seals. I don't get it - if your mechanic at world tech made a mistake just fix it!! I had to travel back to MD which you knew with a damaged vehicle. I am moving to cape cod and am devastated at the nonexistent level of concern that the employees had. It is a beautiful lobby, great chairs, music and coffee. But we visit your shop so we can travel in a safe car, not be more worried when we leave!!!"

"I loved getting my car back Stan's and knowing it would now be dependable and safe. A bonus was the how wonderful it was to climb in a CLEAN car with a fancy gift bag of snacks on the seat! I had been so busy my car was still full of straw, dirt and leaves from visits to Pumpkin Farms when I dropped it off at Stan's. I go to Stan's because I am from rural Minnesota where we know all our neighbors and service providers well enough to trust what they recommend. I trust the services recommended are needed. A good example is a few years back when Stan's recommended I have only 1/4 of the services done that I thought were needed. (...which meant quite a bit less profit for Stan's) How often can anyone say that happens to them when bringing in a car for repairs?"
