They translate automotive stuff in ""girl language"" so women go in peace that you can trust them and they will treat you fairly as if you were their sister. I LOVE EVERYONE THERE. "I saw a letter and numbers on one of the bars on my dash, along with a "cute little wrench". I promptly called and took my car into Preferred Auto the next day. I told them I needed my car back by the end of the day. My car was treated to a new lube, checked for any further problems, and returned to me in the early afternoon. I would never go any place else!"

"I'll recommend you to everyone! My son is a student at BSU and I live in Spokane, WA. Garry's was recommended by my shop here; I had to coordinate a tow to the shop, timing with my son's schedule and then figure out the logistics of transportation. Not only were the personnel quick and thorough in the repair of his vehicle (on my dime you know), they went above and beyond any call of duty to make sure all went well for my son and communicate with me long distance while his car was in the shop. My son says his car is is 1000 times better than before we took it to Garry's. Thanks to all that helped out!"
