He apologized and said he had put me down for the next day, he apologized for his mistake. the service and additional analysis was great and we prioitzed the next step in my care car which was pretty crucial. Pick up and drop off service was outstanding. And to my embarrassed when I reached home to enter my payment ifnormation, I discovered I had taken my car in a day early!! All staff needs to be commended for their wonderful attitude and impeccable service, that includes all that were involved with my service. Thank you and I am a committed Convoy Auto advocate!!!"
