"After several weak start-ups with my BMW, I decided to take a chance and drive immediately to Frank's Euro Service in Henderson. I'd heard and read nothing but good reviews about Frank's, and I feared my car being stranded somewhere the next time I tried starting it up. Service manager Adam was readily accepting of me without an appointment. He listened carefully to my explanation of the problem and began analysis soon thereafter. In short, the wait time was not excessive, the staff friendly, the problems were addressed to my satisfaction and there was no litany of "other issues" thrown at me following analysis. The facility was clean and well maintained and the waiting area was well appointed and comfortable. Above all, the service was professional and the costs very reasonable. My expectations of Frank's, which were already high before coming in, were actually exceeded upon completion of the work. Kudos and thank you to Adam and everyone at Frank's! I think businesses everywhere would be successful if they followed the same working model that Frank's European Service seems to have embraced."
