"If you don't want you car to smell like smoke, I guess you need mention that. I didn't and was unpleasantly suprised to have to detoxify my car. Otherwise, no complaints, great work and super friendly and trustworthy folks."

"EXCELLENT service! Finally! An honest mechanic with integrity we can TRUST! Our car was making some ticking sounds, and was due for an oil change. We took it in during a time-crunch of a day, and the staff at Boyd Automotive REALLY impressed us with their attention to detail. They listened to our issues, asked us details of the sounds it was making, and took detailed notes the entire time. The staff at Boyd REALLY exceeded our expectations for a quick turn around. They performed 3 separate belt changes, topped up all our fluids, and changed our oil in record time! Not only that, they also gave us printed details of the services performed, and made some recommendations on future services (when we had more time). We will definitely be going back. "Ready to leave on cross country travel, my heater blower motor quit working, drove by on Sat. morning when they were closed, owner was working in shop and came to door as I drove past, told problem, located Nissan fan motor had it Monday morning and installed. Also checked entire car for any possible future service, treated my car as if it were their own. Would highly recommend."
