If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?
"I was planning a trip home to Minnesota, and figured I should get my vehicle checked out, because it had been loud for no apparent reason. Turns out both of my rear wheel bearings were shot. All-Star staff were great, and they got my vehicle in right away when I told them about my impending trip.
All-Star's thorough inspection turned up some other things that I'm guessing the dealership I purchased the car from simply didn't think were worth mentioning. Naturally, I am grateful that the staff were able to find and alert me to these issues before they caused an accident or more lasting damage to my vehicle.

"I had a mixed experience, but the bottom line is I would return if I needed repairs in the future. While you worked on my truck, my water temp sensor was ruined, so the temp guage quit working. You repaired that at your expense, taking me at my word that the gauge worked before bringing you my truck. Although this was a time-consuming inconvenience for me, you showed good customer service and proved to be an ethical shop. And I was happy with all the other work you did."

"I can't recommend this shop highly enough. On a Thanksgiving road trip my friend made a stop in Phoenix and his water pump went out when he got here. I checked Yelp to find him a mechanic and had him call Honest-1. After he talked to the owner, Tom, he said he felt confident that he'd be able to fix it so there was no need to call another shop. We dropped the vehicle off at Honest-1 at 1:30 (on the day before Thanksgiving!), and Tom assured us that the work would be done that day which was critical since my friend was leaving Phoenix on Friday morning. We came back at 4:30 and the car was fixed and waiting for us. A lot of auto shops would have added a charge to the bill for doing the work within such a short window of time but that wasn't the case with Honest-1. On top of that we were given a discount for telling him we found him on Yelp. They also participate in a program with other shops that guarantees the work no matter where you are in the country. The lobby is spotlessly clean, has a comfortable waiting area, TV, coffee, and a computer for customer use. Definitely five stars all the way around."

"Every times I came to Boyd Automotive in the past, it was for a major issues that needed to be fixed on my truck. Mr. Boyd drove me where ever I needed to go at the time while the mechanics worked on my vehicle. This time I was in only for an oil change, so I stayed and waited in the clean and comfortable front reception room. While enjoying a free fresh cup of coffee, I had the opportunity to observed as other customers came in to get their vehicle fixed. It was refreshing to see that everyone was greeted in a polite manor with a smile and treated with the same excellent service. Way to go guys, you operate a good, clean and personable business."
