"Once again I had a problem with my Avalon and took it to Frank's European Service. It was a problem with the starter, but everytime they started the car it started right up. Now here is what sets Frank's apart from all other auto repairs, they could have just replaced the starter even tho they couldn't find any thing wrong, but no they did the right thing and said that since they couldn;t find anything wrong they recommended not doing anything, just charged me for their time. Any other repair shop would have replaced the started just because there had been a one time starting proble. And did you know they don't just work on Mercedes, they work on all cars. I have been going to them for the past 15 years and they have always treated me fairly. As a woman they are they only place I would go to have car problems fixed."
