If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?
"My experience with them was great! They were recommended to me by another woman who had her car serviced by them and was happy with the results, and the way she was treated. I used one of the coupons they mail out to get an oil change and winter checkup. I also told them about a couple of concerns on some things that weren't functioning correctly. They let me know what my car needed in the way of repairs etc. and because I needed to keep expenses down right now - they let me know which things could wait, and what the most important "need to do" things were. I really appreciate the honesty and that kind of doing business. They also checked on a couple of little things without charging me for them. I trust them, and will go back when I'm able to get the other things done. They were very respectful, and timely. I highly recommend them."

"i don't know why there are so many low reviews. I've been here a number of times over the last ten years and always, always gotten top notch service. They do what they say, keep their promises, and every time I've shopped around for price, they have come up the lowest or close to it. I've never had a repair go wrong or felt mistreated. Over the years, there were plenty of opportunities for them to rack up extra charges, but they never did. Plus they are nice and clean your car up when they finish. And they send coupons in the mail and thank you notes."

"Renson was able to diagnose the problem with our battery. We were charged for the diagnosis to see if there were other problems. Battery was under warranty, no other problem found. Battery was replaced. I felt we should not have been charged for diagnosis, since it was a faulty battery.
They are usually very good and fair about their charges."
