"My experiences with M D Automotive have always been rewarding. Their personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. They treat each customer with respect and show consideration for customers who are handicapped and/or incapable of comprehending technical jargon. Their pricing is fair and yesterday, they charged less than the original estimate, primarily because they did not have to perform a costly diagnosis. They could have said that they did it, and I would not have known the difference. Let me add one more adjective to describe M D Automotive....HONEST."

"I left a voicemail on a Sunday night and Bob called back early the next day (which is what I was hoping for)...and he made me feel very comfortable about bringing in my car to him to repair an oil leak. He offered the service of dropping me back at home which was a huge "plus" for me! I am on vacation here for a week and needed to have this service offered to me. Bob also clearly explained all the needed repairs and pricing for each so I could make an informed decision. They also did a complimentary car wash! Most important was Bob and his associates answering the phone each time I called. They were courteous, prompt and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone who asks."
