"I've been an Audi owner for many years and have taken my cars to dealerships and Audi specialists for repairs. A recent Audi experience I had was with Motoring Unlimited. These guys were good. Unfortunately they are now out of business. I received an email saying that they were no longer going to be servicing my car, but recommended Eastside Bavarian, their immediate neighbor. I live in Burien, and was quite disappointed to hear this but thought I'd give them a try anyway. I had some unfinished business with Motoring Unlimited as they were still in the process of diagnosing a very pesky misfiring issue that had been unresolved. This same problem was presented to Audi dealerships in Tacoma and Tukwila with no resolve. Now to the good stuff. Eastside Bavarian took the problem head on and refused to be beaten. Audi's were not their specific area of expertise, but I have to say they outperformed the experts in customer service as well as technical ability. I was treated very fairly and consider myself lucky to have found a repair business with such excellent customer service and professionalism. My car performs perfectly, thank you!
