"Really annoyed that the alignment couldn't be completed yesterday (Saturday) because it was late on Saturday when the mechanic finished replacing the struts and the blowtorches needed to loosen something were locked away for the weekend. Now I have to schedule to come back for the alignment. Key wasn't locked in the car when I picked it up. To be fair, the new struts made a tangible improvement, pricing for repairs were fully explained and a Saturday turnaround on the struts was pretty impressive. Been going to Town and Country for a long time (15 years) and highly recommend them. Just annoyed this time. They usually get these details right. Rating would be 4.5, if that was an option."

"I do most of my own work and don't take the car to the shop until I know what's wrong. Kaiser has never suggested a repair that wasn't needed. The work they have done was perfect. Always courteous and the car is ready when they promised. Just had a car inspected. Asked them to check the manual trans oil and admitted I hadn't checked it in years. They said it was clean and up to level - no service needed. That was an opportunity for a little extra charge, but they didn't take it. Highly recommended."
