"Overall we're happy with the work that has been done on our vehicles. Recently, I was a bit taken aback when we were asked to pay over the phone before picking our car up. I've never had to do this anywhere I've taken my car in the past. It caused some frustration for me and some hassles having to go in the next day to get credit for a coupon. I did appreciate having a car to borrow when we didn't have ours."

"Was I mistaken? I thought you were going to install the gift of new windshield wipers (12-15-12,8:11am) if I made an appointment prior to the end of the year. Anthony and Mark, I like that you keep my car in good running order but I don't know if I can afford the kindness of rotating my tires and checking the brakes when I only hope for a mere lube and oil job. We only had about $35 set aside for the visit. Also I wish you would respond to my occasional question of what value are the 'points' I accumulate. What is the value of a Free Reward Cert? Our meager Social Security income welcomes and appreciates any and all coupons and points we can muster. And Thanks, Anthony for the swing tire I requested for my grand kids. Your heart is in the right place."
